For any contributors or staff members visiting a country listed as a Level 3 or higher in this **Travel Advisory list,** we ask that you purchase Travel Coverage through **International SOS.**

Atmos will reimburse for the cost of this coverage, so long as it does not exceed the agreed upon timeframe for the trip, or involve locations not previously agreed upon.

  1. Please be sure to read through this page extensively.
  2. Apply for the Global Traveler Medical Plan.
  3. Read over the plan extensively.
  4. Reach out to SOS at +1 215 942 8226 to discuss security concerns; recent politics, respectful behaviors, potential scenarios, local hospitals / safe havens, anything you need to know to keep you safe on your trip.
  5. Apply for an International Phone Plan so as to be able to make calls to SOS or to Atmos in the case of an emergency. (Note: SOS has a Whatsapp number but it is not recommended).
  6. Download the International SOS app.
  7. Stay in touch with your Atmos team member for any further questions or concerns.
