Submitting your Invoice

For compensation please email your invoice to your Atmos editor. Invoices will not be paid unless submitted with a W9 (USA) or W8-BEN (international). Invoices can include the business address below, although physical invoices will not be accepted.

Please specify the following on your invoice —

• Full Name
• Current Address
• Bank Details (Account # / Routing # / IBAN (international) / Bank Address)
• Email Address
• Phone Number

Note: If you want payment to be sent to an organization that is not you, we will need to void our agreement with you and make sure that it instead reflects the name of that organization.

Payment

Invoices will be paid within 14 days of receipt by direct deposit or wire transfer. Domestic invoices without bank details will be paid by physical check.

You may receive an email via our payment platform Bill.com to request clarification of bank account details. Additionally you may receive an email notification when payment is initiated. Please reach out to your Atmos editor with any questions!
