Submitting your Invoice

For compensation please email your invoice to your Atmos editor. They will forward it on your behalf to our Finance team, and will handle all correspondences related to your payment.

What to Include on Your Invoice

Invoices will not be paid unless submitted with a W-9 (USA) or W8-BEN (international).

Payment

Invoices will be paid within 14 days of receipt by direct deposit or wire transfer. Domestic invoices without bank details will be paid by physical check.

You may receive an email via our payment platform Bill.com to request clarification of bank account details. Additionally, you may receive an email notification when payment is initiated. Please reach out to your Atmos editor with any questions!

International Contributors

If you are an international contributor, we request that you convert your invoice amount into your local currency and include this conversion on your invoice. By paying in your local currency, we can ensure you receive the amount you are expecting irrespective of exchange rates. Payments in local currencies also minimize bank fees, which can be higher when invoiced in USD.

If you are an international contributor who requests payment in USD, we can not be liable for the exchange rate utilized by our payment processor, or additional intermediary bank charges incurred in processing the payment.

If your country is not included in this list, we are unable to pay you through Bill.com
